SALES INITIATION

Client-Led or Advisor-Led

Clients or Travel Agents can initiate a trip request - acting as the starting point of the Orelea sales lifecycle and triggering collaboration with DMCs and service providers.

NETWORK MODE

Private or Public Network

DMCs can operate in Private Mode, transacting only with their own onboarded TAs, or Public Mode, gaining access to all platform TAs while their network accesses other public DMCs.

PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION

Exclusive or Open Catalogue

Itineraries and services can be shared publicly for access by all clients and TAs, or kept private for exclusive access by network members, protecting competitive offerings.

TRANSACTION PROCESSING

Direct, Indirect or Straight-Through

TA-onboarded clients can engage directly with DMCs (Straight-Through), or work through a TA Agent who coordinates with DMCs (Indirect). Corporate clients interact directly without a TA relation.
